Cycling

There are plenty of cycling routes in the Beskid Mountains and they offer every level of difficulty. Pustevny is an ideal setting-off point for cyclists. Lots of popular Beskids cycling routes cross through Pustevny.

Pustevny – Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

Length 52 km
Pustevny – Trojanovice – Frenštát pod Radhoštěm – Horečky – Mořkov – Jehličná – Zašová – Zubří – Rožnov pod Radhoštěm

The route follows the 6016 cycle route. Along the route through Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, you can visit the Wallachian Open Air Museum. In the village of Trojanovice you’ll also find buildings with traditional folk architecture. The difficulty of the route means its more suited to skillful cyclists. We recommend using a cross, trekking or mountain bike.

Through Pustevny and Smrk to the god Radegast

Length 50 km 
Pustevny – Bařiny – Podolánky – Ostravice – Podolánky Cyrilka – Pustevny – Radhošť

This is a medium-difficult route, suitable for trekking and mountain bikes. It offers you the option to use the cycle-bus from Ostravice or Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, and therefore the bike hire services you can find in both municipalities.

Pustevny – Čeladná – Frenštát – Pustevny

Length 45 km
Pustevny – Martiňák – Podolánky – Čeladná – Kunčice p. O. – Frenštát pod Radhoštěm – Trojanovice – Ráztoka – Pustevny

This route is suitable for recreational cycle tourists.
